Assembly

With the increasing demand by industry to rely on their vendors to provide a complete "Turn-Key" product, we at Sousa & DeMayo have incorporated an extensive assembly department. We now can support all our customers in their standard products and give them the quality and accuracy they require.

Engineering

Our engineering department utilizes AutoCad, SMP, and NC code to prepare your job for production. We can work directly from your prints or CAD files as well as assist you in the development of your product, selection of materials, welding procedures, and tolerancing. Let our experience work for you.

Finishing

We have recently responded to our customers needs and expanded our facility to include a new prep/paint area. We recognize that industry demands a complete finished product. This is just another example of how Sousa & DeMayo continuously invests in new technologies to better server our customers.

Welding

Our wide range of diversified welding experience includes: MIG, TIG, Spot, Stud, and Gas.

Our experienced personnel are certified in the following areas: A.W.S., MIL-STD, A.S.M.E.

Pre Fabrication

Our Pre Fabrication personnel are experienced with all aspects of metal working such as: Shearing, Punching, Forming, Rolling, Sawing, Notching and Deburring. With the aid of C.N.C. technology we can produce high quality, precision work on a reliable basis.

Machining

Our in-house machine shop enables us to provide our customers with quality machining work with a quick turn around time. Our machine shop staff is experienced in all aspects such as: Boring, Milling, Lathe, Surface, Grainding, and Drilling.
